I was born in Moscow and spent a lot of time in the countryside of Ukraine as a little girl. Amidst the remote rural landscape, with no access to any hospitals or clinics, I witnessed how local healers extracted the natural properties of herbal medicine while providing care to anyone who needed help. Observing and learning from the local healer about the power of nature inspired a passion to take care of others. 

As fate had it, I immigrated to the US as a young woman where I was able to bring my dreams to reality. This is where I was able to learn the science behind the wisdom of nature. I studied chemistry, microbiology and then went off to medical school in trying to close the gap and have the best of both worlds, Nature and Science. 

Today, I’m always driven by a desire to make a difference in someone’s life. I have a passion for optimizing people’s quality of life no matter their circumstances. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to inspire and witness people overcoming obstacles and transforming to be the best version of themselves, striving for that each and every day. I’m part of that effort as much as you are. While we can not control all aspects of what life has in store for us, we can protect and care for ourselves to the best of our abilities and circumstances.

Board certified in addiction medicine through ABAM (American Board of Addiction Medicine) and ABPM (American Board of Preventative Medicine)
